How can we explain
such an unfamiliar pain to the children?
When we love someone,
we grieve their loss. . .
and how do we tell
the children . . .
they can’t get even
one more hug. . .
from someone who
they so dearly loved?
This website ministry helps grieving families talk to their children about Jesus and His heaven.
“I’m With Jesus” is a family workbook used in conjunction with this website.
If you are here because you have been given a copy of our book and need editing and use information quickly, the sub-menus under spiritual strategy are a user’s guide.
However, the pages on this web site can be read like the chapters in a short eBook with a link to the next “chapter” incorporated into the wording at the bottom of each web page.
We publish this 16 page eBook devotional as a nonprofit website to help grieving families connect with their thoughts about heaven. This may require a few moments to slow down.
When we go thinkabout,
we don’t leave the house like a walkabout,
but link our thoughts with Jesus
wandering through the memories of our mind
without worrying about the place and time.
What memories of God’s goodness can you find when you go back to view and click the bedtime stories photo ?
Before he went to be with Jesus, my Daddy told me that his Mama would read him a bedtime story then taught him to pray, “Now I lay me down to sleep…”
The images are here to illustrate the thoughts and help you connect with your experience. When viewing photos such as this rainbow, take time to focus your faith by talking with a family member about the whirlwind incidents and the rainbows in your life.
If you are not comfortable with this, make a list. Writing or speaking helps us clarify our thoughts.
All the pages on this website and in our workbook are just words and pictures that invite us take time to think and talk about God’s Goodness.
We hope our suggestions will help you look at the world with spiritual eyes, and recognize His presence surrounding your day to day life.
Of course, you can also browse through the specific menu items that interest you.
So where do YOU want to go on your thinkabout?
